Blended mobility of higher education students

In each of the participating partner international internships will be organised to enrich students' professional skills and competences. The collaborating companies in each of the countries are those shown below.

In order to improve students' curriculum development, the promotion of an entrepreneurial spirit, together with a permanent orientation to knowledge that allows a quick and easy integration in different business and organizational contexts, it's proposed the student's participation in a training, in which the student can interact with a real situation and to solve a problem based on the knowledge acquired.

In this way, the training is built to ensure the development of skills based on education in which students are encouraged to develop a more active attitude. In order to practice the acquired knowledge of the three areas with the business reality, as well as to promote in the students the development of the strategic capacity, motivating them also for the investigation and participation in concrete activities, international internships will be developed.

This training is adapted to the profile that the student obtains and intends to place the student in a public or private institution, allowing him to operate the acquired skills. Each student is accompanied by an internal supervisor, school teacher, who will maintain regular contacts with the institution hosting the trainee student, and an external adviser, in charge from the host company.

In the development of this program, there will be a dialogue with private or public institutions and companies to in order to understand the interest, need and availability for the acceptance of our students. In consequence, a training program will be developed proposed to the student by both the company and the 3 economy + program.

The objectives are:

  1. Provide intentive training with input from a variety of areas
  2. Provide training that enables future professionals to adapt to the labor market
  3. Develop a critical professional attitude
  4. To develop porfessional skills in international contexts
  5. Improve the business environment in which graduates are employed

The training program will be structured in:

  • Phase 1. Contact with the organization and student’s integration

    Students are framed in organizations, where their profile is more adjusted, in a way that can potentiate a transfer of knowledge.

  • Phase 2. Period of integration into the organization

    After the initial period of integration in the organization, the report presents an analysis of the context and, later, a development of specific tasks of tourism, marketing and economy.

  • Phase 3. Presentation of report of internship with knowledge produced

    All the work carried out must be the subject of a traineeship report, when a theoretical inquiry has been carried out on a specific topic under analysis, a description of the learning achieved by the exercise of tasks, and a conclusion and reflection on the development of competences in this area. context.
